Situation

A home-services firm runs four branches in neighbouring towns. All four share one page on the website. Phone numbers and hours differ between listings. Reviews come in bursts after the busy season, and replies are rare.

Scope

Give each branch its own Business Profile and its own page. Make the listings agree. Set up a review routine the branch managers can actually run. Add pages for the services customers ask about most.

What we would measure

Map and city-search visibility per branch. Calls and direction requests per profile. Pages indexed. Review volume and reply rate. We would agree these before starting, and report them whether they rise or not.

Note on this example

This is an illustrative scenario. It describes how we would run the work. It does not describe a real client, and it claims no results. Any actual engagement is scoped and agreed in writing before it starts.
