Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and find-seo (“we”, “us”), 37 Stony Hill Rd, Jamesburg, NJ 08831, USA, support@find-seo.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it: do not attempt to break or overload it, send spam through the forms, or scrape it in a way that interferes with others. We may change or remove content at any time.

3. Services and orders

Each service page describes what a package includes, its price, and how it is billed. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email, and the engagement starts when we confirm scope and your kickoff week. If we cannot take on your project, we tell you and cancel the order without charge.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices are the prices published on the site when you order. Monthly services are billed on the same day each month, starting from your confirmed start date. One-off services are billed once. Hourly consulting is billed for the hours you book. Sales tax is shown at checkout where it applies.

The checkout on this site currently runs in test mode. No card is charged. After you place an order, we confirm it by email and send payment instructions before any billable work starts. When we enable live payments, payment will be handled by a payment processor and these terms will apply to it.

5. Month-to-month retainers and cancellation

Monthly services have no minimum term. You may cancel before your next billing date by emailing support@find-seo.com. You will not be billed again after cancellation, and we will hand over everything in progress. We do not refund a month that has already begun. One-off services, consultations, workshops and kickoff calls follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Changes to scope or price

If the scope of a package changes, we agree the new scope and price with you in writing before it takes effect. We will not raise the price of an active monthly service without at least 30 days’ written notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Your accounts, access and what you provide

You keep ownership of your website, your analytics, your Google Search Console, your Business Profiles and other accounts. We ask for access to do the work, and you can remove us at any time. You agree to give us accurate information, timely approvals, and the access the work needs. Delays on your side can delay delivery. You are responsible for the content on your own site and for having the right to give us access to your accounts.

8. No guarantee of results

Search engines and AI systems decide rankings and answers. They change, and neither we nor anyone else controls them. We commit to the work described in your package, to honest reporting, and to professional standards. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, placement, citation or revenue.

9. Our methods

We follow search engines’ published guidelines. We do not buy links or use link networks. We may use software and AI tools to help with research and drafts. A person reviews all work before delivery.

10. Ownership of work

When you have paid for a deliverable, you own it: documents, pages, briefs and reports we create for you. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, methods and templates that are not specific to you. We may not use your name or logo as a client reference without your written permission.

11. Confidentiality

We keep the non-public information you give us confidential and use it only to deliver the services. This does not apply to information that is public, that you have told us we can share, or that we must disclose by law.

12. Third-party tools and links

The work may involve tools and platforms we do not control, such as Google products. We are not responsible for changes to them, or for their outages.

13. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

14. Ending the relationship

You may stop at any time as set out in section 5. We may suspend or end a service if you do not pay, if you ask us to do something that breaks a search engine’s guidelines or the law, or if you are abusive to our staff. If we end a service for any other reason, we refund the unused part of any fee you have paid.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try to settle any dispute by talking first, so please email us. If that fails, the state and federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to them.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered. For a monthly service, we will give you 30 days’ notice of any change that affects you.
