Monthly retainers and bundles
These are month-to-month with no minimum term. To cancel, email support@find-seo.com before your next billing date. We will confirm your cancellation by email. You will not be billed again. The month already underway is not refunded, because the work for it has begun. We hand over documents and pages in progress.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first billing date and before we have begun substantive work, we will refund that first month in full.
One-off services (audits, fix sprints, roadmaps)
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before work begins. Once work has begun, we refund the part not yet delivered, minus the fair value of the work already done. For a fix sprint, we agree in writing how many of the hours have been used.
Consultations, workshops and kickoff calls
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a 50% fee may apply to the booked time. If we have to cancel or reschedule, you will not be charged, and we will offer a new time or a full refund.
If something is wrong
If a deliverable does not match what the package describes, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will fix it, or refund the affected part. This applies to what we promised in the package, and not to rankings or traffic, which no one can guarantee.
How to ask
Email support@find-seo.com with your order reference (it begins with FS-) and what you would like to do. We respond within one business day (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 ET).
How refunds are paid
We refund to the original payment method where possible, within 10 business days of agreeing the refund. While checkout is in test mode, no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund, and the same rules apply to any invoice we send.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights you have under New Jersey or other applicable law.
