No. Retainers are month-to-month. You cancel before your next billing date and you are not billed again. One-off services are billed once.

Ad spend, software subscriptions you already pay for, and developer time from your own team are not included, unless the package says so.

Yes. We work with US businesses in any state. Consulting sessions run by video call.
Process
Your website address, and read access to Google Search Console and analytics if you have them. We will tell you exactly what we need, and show you how to grant it.
As much or as little as you like. The main things we ask for are approvals: briefs before pages are written, and prospect lists before outreach.

We tell you, and we tell you where the opportunities are. If the right answer is to spend less, we say that too.

Results and reporting

Billing and refunds

One-off audits are refundable in full until work begins. Consultations, workshops and kickoff calls can be cancelled or rescheduled free up to 24 hours before. Read the full Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A 50% fee may apply to sessions cancelled within 24 hours.
