find-seo.comprocessfour-pass-method

The Four-Pass Method

  1. Crawl

We read your site the way a search engine does. We crawl it, check what is indexed, pull your search data, study the competitors who outrank you, and note the questions your buyers ask, including the ones they put to AI tools.

    You get
A findings document. Problems are ranked by likely impact, in plain English.
    Typical duration
    1 to 3 weeks
  2. Fix

We repair what blocks visibility, in priority order. Technical errors, site structure, speed, tracking and Business Profile basics come first, because new content on a broken base is wasted.

    You get
A change log: what was changed, where, and why.
    Typical duration
2 to 6 weeks, then ongoing as issues arise
  3. Earn

We create the pages, citations, links and mentions that give search engines and AI systems reasons to cite you. Every page starts with a brief you approve. Every outreach list is shown to you first.

    You get
Briefs, published pages, prospect lists and placements. Each one listed.
    Typical duration
    Continuous from week 4
  4. Report

Every month we write down what we did, what moved, what did not, and what happens next. We say when a change is probably noise. Then we hold a call to talk it through.

    You get
A written report and a call. The data lives in accounts you own.
    Typical duration
    Monthly

The passes repeat. Retainers loop Fix, Earn and Report each month. A one-off audit is the first pass, and a fix sprint adds the second. Consulting is the first and last, delivered as advice.

What happens and when.

  1. Week 1

Kickoff. You invite us into your Search Console, analytics and profiles. We read before we change anything.

  2. Month 1

First written report and call. You see what we found, what we fixed, and what comes next.

  3. Monthly

Report and call. What we did, what moved, what did not, what is next.

  4. Quarterly

A step back. Is the plan still right? We say so if it is not, including if you should spend less.

Sample, fictional data

This is the shape of our monthly report. The numbers are made up for illustration. Yours will use your own data, from accounts you own.

  1. What we did
  2. What moved
  3. What is next

find-seo.comprocessworking-together

How we work with your team.

We borrow your tools, not your data. You invite us into Search Console, analytics and your profiles, and you can remove us at any time. We write in your voice and ask before we publish. When it helps, we run a working session with your marketers, writers or developers, so the work does not live only in our heads.

What you own, and what we will not do

What you own

  • Your Search Console, analytics and Business Profiles. They stay in your name.
  • Every document we produce: audits, briefs, reports, roadmaps.
  • Every page and file we publish for you.
  • Your data, exported on request.

What we will not do

  • Guarantee a ranking or a placement.
  • Buy links or use link networks.
  • Hide your data or hold your accounts.
  • Lock you into a term.
  • Send you a report with no explanation.

Process questions

Your website address, and read access to Google Search Console and analytics if you have them. We will tell you exactly what we need, and show you how to grant it.

As much or as little as you like. The main things we ask for are approvals: briefs before pages are written, and prospect lists before outreach.

The people doing the work, by email and on your monthly call.

We tell you, and we tell you where the opportunities are. If the right answer is to spend less, we say that too.
